Job Description :

Position : Rigger I & II (Onshore – Saudi Aramco Approved)

Contract Duration : 2 yrs

No of Positions : 20

Nationality : Indian

Salary Range : 5000 – 6000 Basic

Location : Saudi Arabia

Examine objects to be moved, estimate their size, shape and weight and decide on the type of equipment necessary;
Selecting tools required along and verification of validity of crane certificate and lifting accessories like slings, d-shackles, chain blocks, max-puller cables, pulleys and other tackle to ensure safe and proper loading and uploading of the materials.
Deep knowledge required on capacities & usage of D shackles
Component parts in place and rigging cables; Splice ropes and cables to make slings and tackle and testing of rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps.
Giving signals for lifting and controlling the rigging group and crane operator to ensure Safety of workers and materials.
Control movement of heavy equipment and objects through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
(Knowledge on belt & wire rope slings capacities must)
Tilt, dip, and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under, and/or around obstacles, using multi-point suspension techniques.
Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment, or theatrical sets.
Make sure that safety requirements are met at all times.
