• Can join immediately
• Answering and screening telephone calls
• Receives and screens visitors
• Takes messages from Clients
• Handles correspondence; composing emails
• Prepares inquiry report from the emails received from the clients
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements (airline reservations and hotel bookings)
• Prepares gate pass applications and induction letters
• Taking Minutes of Meetings
• Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, conducting initial interview of applicants, administer selection tests, and make recommendations to management.
• Preparation of Offer Letter and Job Descriptions to prospected additional employees.
• Processing of all employee related applications like leave, application for visa of newly hired staff/laborer and renewal of the same
• Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports
• Preparation of salary increments
• Serving memorandums and warning letters to staff and laborers
• Prepares Weekly/Monthly Attendance Report of Staff and Laborers
• Prepares Monthly Payroll Report of the Laborers
